Royal Oak, Michigan, June 24, 2009: Howard & Howard Attorneys PLLC is pleased to announce that Kristopher K. Hulliberger and Michael J. Sheehan are now shareholders in the firm. They both practice out of the firm’s Royal Oak Office.

Mr. Hulliberger concentrates his practice in patent and trademark preparation and prosecution and patent, trademark, and trade secret litigation with a particular emphasis in chemical, computer and mechanical technologies. Mr. Hulliberger is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is registered to practice before the United State Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Hulliberger interned for Chief Justice Gerald E. Rosen in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Mr. Hulliberger received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University in 1999 and a J.D. from Wayne State University in December of 2003. Since 1999, Mr. Hulliberger has been drafting patent applications for various technologies including chemical compositions, chemical processes, computer hardware, electrical systems, business methods and mechanical devices.

Mr. Sheehan concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, corporate litigation and patent litigation. He received a B.A. in 1992 from Arizona State University and a J.D., summa cum laude, in 1998 from Michigan State University College of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and its sections on Commercial Litigation and Insurance Law in 1998.
