Bradley J. Knickerbocker
|
Mr. Knickerbocker concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, commercial leasing, construction, business law, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial litigation and environmental due diligence and litigation. He has extensive experience in all facets of real estate acquisition, development, finance and disposition, including multi-state real state portfolio purchase and sale transactions and negotiation of several commercial loans for both borrowers and lenders, including mezzanine and equity participation loans.
Over the years, Mr. Knickerbocker has routinely functioned in role of general counsel to private and public companies, responding to a variety of issues varying from routine to complex. In this role, he has frequently undertaken commercial insurance coverage analysis and processing of large loss claims under all types of coverages including D&O, E&O, environmental, CGL, and employee theft and dishonesty.
He received a B.S., cum laude, from Western Michigan University in 1984. He earned a J.D., cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School in 1987 where he was a member of Alpha Kappa Delta.
