Mr. Hulliberger concentrates his practice in patent and trademark preparation and prosecution and patent, trademark, and trade secret litigation with a particular emphasis in chemical, computer and mechanical technologies. Mr. Hulliberger is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is registered to practice before the United State Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Hulliberger interned for Chief Justice Gerald E. Rosen in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Mr. Hulliberger received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University in 1999 and a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in December of 2003. Since 1999, Mr. Hulliberger has been drafting patent applications for various technologies including chemical compositions, chemical processes, computer hardware, electrical systems, business methods and mechanical devices.
