Donna Rizzuto

Ms. Rizzuto concentrates her practice in the areas of banking, commercial law and general litigation.
Ms. Rizzuto has extensive litigation experience and served as a Cook County Assistant State’s Attorney for many years prior to returning to civil practice. As a Cook County State’s Attorney, Ms. Rizzuto has tried hundreds of civil and criminal bench trials and many felony criminal jury trials. Her litigation experience also includes handling large catastrophic injury defense matters involving transportation and construction accidents.
Ms. Rizzuto received her B.A. from Purdue University in 1989 and her J.D. from Thomas Cooley Law School in 1995.
Ms. Rizzuto is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in both Illinois and Indiana.
